HOLIDAY SCHOOL 30 MARCH TO 1 APRIL 2016
You are cordially invited to attend the Potchefstroom Academy Holiday School for Grade 11 and Grade 12 learners. Visit us on our beautiful campus and get a glimpse of student life and exciting careers. It promises to be a positive learning experience and will help you make an informed decision about your future studies. Our aim is to make the holiday school fun – it is, after all, school holiday!
Please find attached to this invitation an enrolment form as well as an indemnity form. These completed forms must reach us as soon as possible, accompanied by the deposit slip / internet transfer / cheque as proof of payment. We can accommodate only a limited number of learners for the holiday school and first entries will be accepted first.

March 27, 2015.
Lecture hall in the main building in 59 James Moroka Avenue. The reception takes place on the first day of the Holiday School and will be at 08h00. At 08h30 there will be a short welcoming which the parents may attend before the first work session starts. Important: bring your luggage to the main building – do not go to the accommodation beforehand.
Payment takes place in advance by means of direct deposit at ABSA bank – banking details are on the enrolment form.
Applications can also be forwarded via mail and you are welcome to send a cheque as payment, made out to Potchefstroom Academy.

Kindly bring your own pocket money.
You will be staying in one of the Academy’s hostels. All luggage will be transported via bus.
Please bring your own bedding.
Bring comfortable clothes. The holiday school is very informal, but remember to bring something warm for the evenings. We will be busy until 21:00 at night and Potchefstroom can cool down very quickly after sundown.
At 09:00 on Friday, 1 April 2016, the holiday school will officially close and your parents can pick you up at the main building in James Moroka Avenue.
